We started our home journey with Kristie from California. She talked to us many times of the neighborhoods of the DMV area and patiently answered all of our questions. We then flew out to the northern Virginia area as she toured homes with us for two days in not only Virginia, but DC and Maryland as well. She was very professional and it felt as though we had a home inspector with us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t buy at the time because we were still waiting on the final word from my employer, so we had to wait. When we got word that we could move, we hit the homes again. Although, this time virtually with Kristies help. We ended up buying in Alexandria while we were in California. Kristie had took a tour in Alexandria with us on zoom. We were excited and terrified, NEVER would I imagine we’d close on a house without seeing it in person. But, we trusted Kristie. It’s been 9 months since we’ve moved and we’ve never once regretted our decision, we love our home and owe her a huge thank you. If you need an honest realtor, she’s the one.

Despite this posting being one year late, it highlights the journey to our first year of homeownership.

Kristie was instrumental in helping us buy our forever home and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Since we were nervous first-time homebuyers and out of our depth, Kristie became our lifeline and guided us through a challenging real estate market as buyers, and with her guidance and expertise, we were able to purchase a home destined to be ours. She was always proactive in getting leads, cold calling, always attentive and kept us updated on every relevant transaction. Above all, her encouragement and persistence were key in getting us to the finish line and we can’t thank her enough.

Even after closing, Kristie continued to reach out and provide assistance, cementing her role as a life-long friend/resource. Because of the exceptional service we received throughout the process, we recommended her to our friends and family, and will continue to do so.

Truly the best. We’ve had five realtors over the years and combined they didn’t work as hard for us as Kristie. She represented us as buyers this year as we made a move from Texas to NOVA, and if we ever move back, we wouldn’t go to anyone else to list our house. In other markets we’ve lived in, we used the “best;” the realtors that have teams, sell high-end, advertise in the socialite magazines, and have strong name recognition. Those realtors simply did okay by us at best. Kristie got to know our family and was invested in our best interest. In the 2021-2022 housing market, when inventory was exceptionally low, our map was huge. We were all over the DMV area. She was patient with us, really beyond belief. For the first time working with a realtor, I lost count of the number of homes we looked at — I would guess 30. We made 9 offers in five cities before we succeeded. Never once did she pressure us to buy something. She was always looking out for us, and even on offer 8, said – I wouldn’t go above X. So many others would have tried to move us along, convince us to buy something and be on to the next client. We never felt this way. And this is nothing to say of her professionalism, competency, or knowledge of the market. I truly could not recommend someone else. We have told all our friends about her.
