We started our home journey with Kristie from California. She talked to us many times of the neighborhoods of the DMV area and patiently answered all of our questions. We then flew out to the northern Virginia area as she toured homes with us for two days in not only Virginia, but DC and Maryland as well. She was very professional and it felt as though we had a home inspector with us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t buy at the time because we were still waiting on the final word from my employer, so we had to wait. When we got word that we could move, we hit the homes again. Although, this time virtually with Kristies help. We ended up buying in Alexandria while we were in California. Kristie had took a tour in Alexandria with us on zoom. We were excited and terrified, NEVER would I imagine we’d close on a house without seeing it in person. But, we trusted Kristie.
