This is the second time we have trusted Kristie with the all-important job of finding a home for our family, and it’s the second time she’s proven herself to be more than worthy of that trust. I cannot overstate how important a home is to me. It is not just a house or an apartment. It is the place, wherever it may be, where my family feels safe, secure, and together. It is where my children take their first steps, speak their first words, even tell their first jokes. It is where my wife and I share our lives, dreams, burdens, joys and sorrows together. It is where everything feels right with the world even when it’s not. Entrusting someone with the task of finding that space requires an enormous amount of faith. After our first experience with Kristie there was no question in our mind that we would be turning to her once again. We didn’t even have to discuss it or look at other options. She had found us our home, the first place that had truly felt like home for us. The incredible thing is that the house that became our home was not in any of the areas we were originally looking at, and it was very different from the sorts of places we were looking at. Yet after showing us what we wanted to see Kristie zeroed in on what we actually wanted but hadn’t actually thought about. We humored her, walked around the house and it was just an instant click. We’ve been extraordinarily happy here ever since. Our memories here alone are more than reason enough to recommend her. Now that it’s time to upgrade, she once again knew exactly what we were looking for and made sure we got it. More than that, Kristie and the amazing team she works with carried us through the transaction with an absolute minimum of hassle. As always, Kristie communicated with us thoroughly, effectively and promptly. She was usually available to speak when we called and when not would call us back quite very quickly, a trait I value highly in any profession. In every conceivable way, she showed us, as her clients, not only the high quality representation we knew she would provide but also a level of care and attentiveness that went above and beyond our highest expectations. When you add into the mix an exemplary team supporting Kristie on a moment’s notice, plus Kristie’s wide array of contacts in every conceivable field remotely related to the purchase or sale of real estate, and you have a winning formula. For ourselves, we had another seamless transaction and look forward to many more happy memories in our new home. I was in the market for a one bedroom condo in the Northern Virginia region. Although the properties I was looking at were on the lower end of the market, as far as total cost, Kristie and her team always treated me as if I were purchasing a seven bedroom mansion. She dedicated her time and effort to finding me a property I am 100% happy with. Kristie was always very responsive to my calls and texts in addition to being right on time for every showing. She has a very low pressure, calming way of operating, which I greatly appreciate over a pushy salesman type of realtor. I would recommend Kristie and her team to anyone and everyone!

Kristie and her entire team were outstanding from start to finish. Pros: 1) Responsive. We were never waiting for much time at all before hearing back from her on every aspect of the process. 2) Patient. We never felt pressured at any time and, in fact, it was more so the opposite. Kristie went with whatever we wanted, though she would provide her honest and helpful opinion when asked. 3) Knowledgable. She had useful insights on every aspect of home buying, including getting a loan, understanding the differences between types of loans, key elements of a strong offer, cost of upgrades or renovations, etc. 4) Accessible. Kristie adapted to our schedules, and we never felt like she was not available when we needed her to go tour homes, do the home inspection, final walk through, and settlement. 5) Tough. She was always super nice to us, but was a tough negotiator when we needed her to be. She fought for our interests all the way through the settlement day. Cons: 1) None. Bottom line: You simply won’t go wrong with choosing Kristie as your realtor.
