This was the first house that we have sold and Lisa Anders was excellent throughout the process. Prior to signing a contract with Lisa, she came over to the house and provided us recommendations on what to fix and upgrade. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and priced the house accordingly. We signed a contract with Lisa and she went over the contract line by line which was extremely helpful. Lisa was extremely receptive throughout the selling process and provided updates. She provided us recommendations on cleaning services and other items but was not too assertive. Lisa hired a photographer who was excellent and completed a video as well. Lisa was able to get us five offers within 36 hours. She sat down with us and went though each offer and broke them down. For a person who has never sold a house, that was extremely helpful. Even through closing, Lisa was helpful and provided updates. As stressful as selling a house is, Lisa made it painless and I would highly recommend hiring her. I will definitely use Lisa Anders in the future.

Kristie and her team are the best. The thing we loved most about her was her trustworthiness and honesty. She didn’t just rush us into buying the first house we saw or embellish the value of a property (like other realtors did with us). She was straight forward, extremely professional, and always gave us her honest, educated opinion. When it came to closing, she was able to work with the cards we had to get us the best deal possible. She is hard-working, dependable, and knowledgable. I think she has also won several awards in realty for the VA/DC area, which doesn’t surprise me. If you decide to work with her, which I would highly recommend, I would advise you to listen to what she has to say because it will save you time and money in the long run. We also really appreciated her patience because we started to look for houses, then got discouraged, and we ended up starting and stopping the search a few times before we found what we wanted. She worked with our timeline and was super flexible each time we decided to change the parameters of what we were looking for. I can’t say enough good things, really.

Kristie has been beyond amazing during our experience buying a home. It was our first home and we had many questions. She breaks everything down and never makes you feel dumb for asking any questions.

The moment I knew that Kristie was truly amazing was when we went to see the first house and she helped me realize about comparable sales and home values. I was about to pay more than $30,000 over what fair market should have been based on the location. Now as an agent who makes a commission, not sure why she was so honest and helpful to me.
